1. About Us

Rowan Berry Jewellery is a handmade jewellery business based in the north east of Scotland. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All pieces are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images shown - this is part of their handmade nature.

We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Prices may be changed by us at any time without notice. No price change will affect the price charged to you at the time when you bought your items. 

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email. We accept payment via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, credit card and debit card. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We may modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary, and reserve the right to do so without giving prior warning or providing a reason.

Should we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will refund the full amount paid.

4. Made to Order

Some items are made to order. Estimated production times will be shown on the product page. We'll contact you if there are any delays.

For custom orders, we will discuss production times at the point of sale.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2-4 business days.  If for any reason, despatch is going to take longer, we will let you know and give you the option for a refund if you would prefer. 

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. A variety of options are available at checkout to suit your requirements. Stated delivery times are estimates. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and unaltered, in original packaging. 

Custom or personalised pieces and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items, unless they are faulty. 

7. Returns Procedure

• Please email hello@rowanberryjewellery.co.uk as soon as possible let us know you wish to exchange or return.

• Items must be sent back in a fully 're-saleable' condition: unworn and unaltered, in the original packaging.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

• When returning items, it is strongly advised you to obtain proof of posting. It is recommended you use Special Delivery or Tracked Royal Mail services for insurance purposes as Rowan Berry Jewellery cannot be responsible for any returned items until they reach us.

• Rowan Berry Jewellery is not responsible for any damage or loss to the items that occurs before this point, including while the items are in transit. In such situations, proof of postage will be required by you to make a claim directly with Royal Mail or any other courier used.

• As soon as the returned items are received, a refund will be issued using the same form of payment used for the initial purchase, unless a replacement has been requested. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• It is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

7. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos at hello@rowanberryjewellery.co.uk.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

8. Order Cancellation 

You an cancel your order within 14 days of placing it by emailing hello@rowanberryjewellery.co.uk. You must inform us why you wish to cancel. 

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled.

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched. Once you have received your Goods, you have 14 days from receipt to return them as per our Returns and Refunds policy above.  

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this site are owned by Rowan Berry Jewellery and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
